Our Story

Interwest Manufacturing and Waterjet Cutting specializes in providing quality part production at competitive rates. The versatility of our state of the art water jet cutting machines is apparent in the wide variety of materials in which they can cut. Water jets can cut virtually all materials due to the lack of heat-affected zones during the machining process. They also eliminate the need for secondary finishing operations because they cause no heat or mechanical stress deformation to the part. Our waterjet can accommodate sheet sizes of 72" x 144". We also offer full fabrication shop capabilities including CNC brake press work. With over 20 plus years experience in waterjet cutting and many more in the metal fabrication business we can provide you valued solutions to your product. Our commitment to quality and service is backed by our extensive knowledge of the water jet cutting process. We have experience working with clients in many industries including metal fabrication, architectural, aerospace, medical, government, signs and displays.

Materials We Work With

Our waterjet and fabrication shop can process virtually any material, including steel (mild, stainless, tool steel, AR plate), aluminum (all alloys and tempers), copper, brass, and bronze, titanium and exotic alloys, plate glass, annealed glass, laminated glass, granite, marble, and natural stone, ceramic and porcelain tile, carbon fiber and fiber composites, rubber, foam, and plastics, and wood and laminated materials. Glass that has already been tempered cannot be waterjet cut because the cutting process releases the internal stress and causes breakage.
